If the product is available in our showroom or warehouse, delivery will be completed within 48 hours. For products that are not currently in stock, the production lead time is typically 7 to 15 working days.

Inside Dhaka City: We provide home delivery with professional installation by our team.
Outside Dhaka City: We ship via partner courier services (door-to-door), where self-installation is required.
Delivery charges start from 200 BDT for small items (like chairs or stools) and up to 600 BDT for large furniture sets (like beds or sofas) within Dhaka. Outside Dhaka: Shipping costs are negotiable based on your location and order volume.
We accept Cash on Delivery (conditions apply), Bank Transfers, and mobile banking like bKash or Nagad. Please note that we do not accept cheque payments.
