What is your Delivery Lead Time?

If the product is available in our showroom or warehouse, delivery will be completed within 48 hours. For products that are not currently in stock, the production lead time is typically 7 to 15 working days.

Delivery date may change due to unforeseen circumstances.

What shipping methods are available?

  • Inside Dhaka City: We provide home delivery with professional installation by our team.

  • Outside Dhaka City: We ship via partner courier services (door-to-door), where self-installation is required.

What are the delivery charges?

Delivery charges start from 200 BDT for small items (like chairs or stools) and up to 600 BDT for large furniture sets (like beds or sofas) within Dhaka. Outside Dhaka: Shipping costs are negotiable based on your location and order volume.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Cash on Delivery (conditions apply), Bank Transfers, and mobile banking like bKash or Nagad. Please note that we do not accept cheque payments.

Is it safe to buy online from your website?

How do I place an order?

Can I visit a showroom to see the products?

Certainly. We have an Experience Center where you can check the material quality, finish, and comfort of our furniture before making a purchase.

Do you have any warranty on your products?

Yes, we offer a warranty on most of our products for manufacturing defect. The length of the warranty will vary depending on the product.
